IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT "MILLER'S TOURIST AND NATURAL HISTORY WANDERING"
The trail, conceived as a miller's journey to natural and historical attractions, will complement and expand the existing network of trails and the range of tourist destinations.
The project is based on cross-border cooperation between the town of Špindlerův Mlýn and the municipality of Podgórzyn in Poland.
Thanks to this project, a new thematic trail for tourists will come to life and should be implemented by the end of 2026.
The miller's tourist and nature trail combines the themes of nature and the miller, which each partner has so far presented on its own.
The project believes it can connect the whole area and exploit its full tourism potential.
The range of activities and opportunities will be expanded, the concentration of tourists in place and time will be spread out, and low-used routes will become more attractive.
The trail will connect the partner municipalities and contribute to both sustainable tourism development and an improved quality of life for the residents.
All this in a sensitive way, with an emphasis on preserving the natural uniqueness of the area.
