POOL
The swimming pool with a massage water spout with a size of 12 x 6 m and a depth of 1.35 m is heated to a very pleasant 30°C. The pool is cleaned without chlorine.
WHIRLPOOL
Whirlpool with 56 massage jets, adapted for sitting and hydromassage of the body. Water depth is 100 cm, water temperature 36-38°C. The stay is unlimited but should not exceed 30 minutes. Capacity is 5 persons.
FLOATING
Bath at 37°C in a spacious and specially adapted bath, whose composition, rich in salts and minerals, and its density perfectly imitates the environment of the Dead Sea. The action of the floating bath is based on the principle of weightless swimming, the person is literally floating in the bath without any physical activity. Thanks to the weightless state, the muscles, spine and joints are completely relaxed.
FINISH SAUNA
A room lined with wood, which has a good effect on the human psyche, heated to a temperature of 80°C to 120°C. In the sauna there are heating stoves with hot stones, which are occasionally poured with water to increase the humidity for a while. The humidity in the sauna is relatively low, a few tens of percent. Warming the body above normal body temperature is pleasant and relaxing. The sauna relaxes tired muscles and calms the stressed brain. The rapid warming and cooling of the body is repeated several times.
STEAM SAUNA
A warm mist bath (approx. 45°C, humidity up to 100%), similar to a sauna. The length of stay is always individual, but usually 10 - 20 min. The body is exposed in the heater not only to the effects of the heat, but also to the humidity from all sides and to the effect of the heated benches on which visitors sit.
THE COOLING PROCESS
This is used to cool the body after a visit to the sauna. The rapid cooling produces pleasant sensations, improved blood circulation and general relief. You can cool down in several ways:
Cooling pool - a classic method for cooling the body down rapidly.
Ice bucket - a procedure that cools the body after a sauna with a stream of cold water at a temperature of 10°C
Ice splinter - cooling by massage with ice splinter at a temperature of - 5°C
Ice shower - choice of two shower heads
Falling dew - a shower that really does make the dew fall.
RELAXATION ZONE
After a massage, a stay in the steam bath, sauna or whirlpool, you can relax and recharge your batteries in the relaxation zone with several loungers. There are comfortable armchairs and sun loungers throughout the spa where you can relax. The seating area by the bio fireplace, heated and lined with cushions, is very pleasant.
SOLARIUM MEGA SUN 7900 ALPHA
A solarium that has revolutionary results for a gentle and effective tan, thanks to the p2 - pigment tubes of a new kind. These, in synergy with proven techniques, achieve perfect tanning results and vitamin D3 production in a way never seen before.
