Route description
You will be taken to the starting point of the trip by the Innogy Line chairlift, from the top station of which you will head towards the U srubu junction, where you will be greeted by breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks and a peaceful atmosphere. Continue on to the Stoh crossroads, where be sure to take a moment to stop and enjoy the winter atmosphere all around.
The path continues through the Klínovové Boudy to Klínovka. Less than a kilometre from here, you will find the hospitality of Chalupa Na Rozcestí. This place is perfect for relaxation and recharging your batteries. Treat yourself to a hot drink or something tasty to replenish your energy, because the next part of the journey will take you on a steep climb to Výrovka and then to Luční bouda. From Luční Bouda it is then about 3.4 km to Sněžka.
You return to the upper station of the Na Pláni cable car by the same route, so expect a really steep descent from Luční bouda towards Výrovka and Chalupa Na Rozcestí, from where you had to climb steeply on the way there.
This route is ideal for those who want an unforgettable experience and want to enjoy the winter to the full. The one-way route allows you to explore the most beautiful parts of the Giant Mountains, including Luční bouda and Sněžka.
