Ubytování U Novotných is located in the Labská district, it is 2.5 km from the center of Špindlerův Mlýn. The guesthouse is located directly on the Labská ski slope at an altitude of 800 m above sea level. Parking for guests is free of charge all year round in its own car park. In winter, snow chains are required.

It offers accommodation in triple and quadruple rooms with bathroom. The quadruple rooms have one double bed and a bunk bed. The total capacity with extra beds is 29 beds. In the hallway there is a small shared kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave.

Accommodation is either with half board or with breakfast served in continental form. The dining room has a pleasant seating area by the tiled stove and a bar with service. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the Elbe Dam and the panorama of Hromovka, Plání and the Giant Mountains.
