Route description
After leaving the picturesque town of Špindlerův Mlýn, you will follow the K14 cycle route towards the U Dívčí lávky crossroads. Once at this crossroads, head up the K15 signpost towards Medvědí Knee.
Continue on to Below David's Hut, where you will turn right and climb up to Erlebach's Hut. Along the way you will have the opportunity to see a unique spot called rescue point TK879. It's a great gadget - a sign with a code to help cyclists quickly and easily pinpoint their location. That way you know how to navigate if you need to.
Once you arrive at Erlebach's Hut, you'll earn a reward of refreshments. This traditional mountain guesthouse is the ideal place to recharge your batteries before your next hike. Enjoy the local specialties and get ready to continue your journey.
From Erlebachova Bouda, follow the same signs onwards to Lužická bouda, which is just below Špindlerův bouda.
Half of this route is still uphill. As a reward, you will then be able to enjoy a beautiful descent back to Špindlerův Mlýn along the same route.
